The bottom line is that if you’re paying more than around $3.00/lb for pre-roasted coffee with those
“fresh weekly deliveries” you’re not only serving inconsistent, lessor quality coffee, you’re losing
big in many ways! Of course if you’re only using a few pounds a week, it’s no big deal. But if
you’re using 20, 50 or god forbid, 100lbs a week or more, it starts to become a very big deal. The
amount of your hard earned money being thrown away gets downright alarming. And consistency in
your coffee’s flavor/freshness suffers big! We have many, many, many customers who are now
“quite pleased” to be serving CLEANER, FRESHER, BETTER TASTING COFFEE and profiting an
additional $12,000 to $100,000 per year or more as a nice bonus! All just from letting their

Coffee Roasting is extremely simple (Contrary to what all the wholesale roasters with their 400% to
1,000% markups would have everyone believe). They’ve done such a great job at romancing &

roasted coffee. Everyone bought & roasted their own Green Coffee in small, hand operated stove top
& fireplace roasters. They also frowned on anything more than a day or two old, and rightfully so.

Another beautiful thing is that our Cafe’ Roaster is 100% employee operable by everyday people. No
mystic training required. Owners/Managers don’t have to take on another task or be burdened with
more complexities! Forget everything you’ve ever heard about coffee roasting! It’s not an overly
refined craft or some kind of incredibly complex art. We’re living in a the new millennium and with
all the technology available, roasting coffee is about as hard as boiling water, no exaggeration! This
is the biggest, fattest, piece of cake you’ll ever find for your business’s success and Monster’s here
